Return & Exchange Policy To be eligible for a refund or exchange, customers must provide clear photographic evidence of any damaged, defective, or incorrect item received within 48 hours of delivery. Once the claim has been reviewed and approved, a replacement, exchange, or refund will be issued at our discretion. We reserve the right to deny claims that do not include sufficient proof of damage or that are submitted outside of the required timeframe.
